This intervention was conflicting since the client brought the motorcycle to me with the broken change.

Note: there are elements that are imperative to change so much if they are predicted in the project of reconstruction like no. If there is to open the motor it will be necessary to always change: bearings, detents, of crank, meetings of motor, washers of drainage, washers of security of set of screws, seals and washers of setting of the change, etc... (and mainly you do not forget the lubricants...). In the section cycle it will be necessary to always change: conduits of the fuel, air cleaner, bridles of subjection, mesh of security of the secondary chain, washers y/u other elements of security of set of screws, etc... At the moment for making the budget it will be important to know clearly these concepts like the defective elements that at first sight could happen unnoticed.


Motor: To change the primary axis, sliding gear of 4a. free gear of 3a. bearings and detents of crank, engage (discs, command and control elements, axial, tensile bearing and primary chain, oil of clutch and change, etc…). Total reconstruction of ignited (the change of the ruptor, condenser of unloading. Inspection of the primary and secondary coil, wiring, diodes, resistance, etc…) and the reconstruction of an endless ones of other elements, how: the partition of watertightness of the cover of the ignition, the hinges of the cylinder, carry-detents of the crank, etc…
