The
intervention of this vehicle has limited the reconstruction of the motor
and some elements of the part predicted cycle beforehand in the budget.
I
will not get tired to repeat that any intervention (is of motor or cycle)
tolerates a careful inspection of absolutely all the elements of the
vehicle to determine possible hidden defects and in principle not anticipated
in its reconstruction.
Note: there are elements that are imperative to change so much if they
are predicted in the project of reconstruction like no. If there is
to open the motor it will be necessary to always change: bearings, detents,
of crank, meetings of motor, washers of drainage, washers of security
of set of screws, seals and washers of setting of the change, etc...
(and mainly you do not forget the lubricants...). In the section cycle
it will be necessary to always change: conduits of the fuel, air cleaner,
bridles of subjection, mesh of security of the secondary chain, washers
y/u other elements of security of set of screws, etc... At the moment
for making the budget it will be important to know clearly these concepts
like the defective elements that at first sight could happen unnoticed.
A) Motor: Rectified of the cylinder, change of the piston, bearings,
detents of crank, engage the clutch (discs, command and control elements,
axial, tensile bearing and primary chain, oil of the clutch and change,
etc...). Total reconstruction of the ignition (change of the ruptor,
condenser of unloading. Inspection of secondary primary coil i, wiring,
diodes, resistance, etc...)
B) Moto: Change of the rubber and air cleaner of connects to the carburetor,
tubes of conduction of the fuel, together rubber of the carburetor.
Cleaning of the exhaust pipe, quiet and "boomerang". Change
of the elements of the secondary transmission (pinion of exit of the
change, chain i crowns back). Change of the front mudguard. Change of
the detents and oil of the front suspension.
