Little,
or much, it is possible to be said of a so emblematic mark... |
That, young or not so young, this country or any other part of
the World, does not know the mark of the thumb
in stop?, sign that formerly somebody had used in
some competition to warn that everything went well. Aside from
the use that occurred him in Old Rome...
It is possible that still there is somebody does not know in which
modalities prevailed, naturally in all, but what if is safe it
is that everybody,
very significant expression indeed by the
global extension in the commercialization of its products, knows
the its last existence. Still it is possible that anybody does
not know that Bultaco was exported to all the Globe. To name to
the buying countries of products of the mark, simply,
it would be possible to be mentioned: Asia, Africa, America and
the Australian Continent.
I had the luck to know all his splendor, a deep crisis, a temporary
resurgence, as Bird Fenix, i the misfortune
to see his final fall... this last one
because of multiple added circumstances of internal
type to a set of conjunctural factors of market.
Somebody would say: the technology of the Bultaco it was at a
distance of the one of other motorcycles of its time and the competitiveness
of the markets always has been so ruthless ferocious i much that
it has never understood of romanticism. Then, i would answer to
him: we are speaking of motorcycles that showed a personality
never shown in no other product of commercial type, which they
were able to identify itself totally with each one of its unconditional
users, but when by exigencies of the Bultaco market it was in
the enterprise dilemma and technological lamentably it did not
obtain endorsement of any administrative being.
All ways here one is not to analyze these circumstances and factors,
if not rather to pay tribute to a mark that thanks to an extremely
charismatic personage and with a conviction beyond the purely
commercial thing knew how to extend that charisma and its knowledge
to motorcycles in such a way that its memory will always last
for in the mind of those who we had, and we have, the luck of
being Bultaco owners and surely also of those who were wanted
i they could not be it...
